Every producer (producer, brand owner, importer); every person recycling or processing waste or proposing to recycle or process plastic waste; and, every manufacturer engaged in manufacturer of plastic (i.e. granules, lumps etc) to be used as raw material by the producer. are required to obtain registration or renewal of registration, from the Gujarat Pollution Control Board, under the provisions of Plastic Waste Management Rules 2016. For facilitating submission of applications for the same, Gujarat Pollution Control Board had initiated online system on XGN from March, 2020, which allows submission of application, documents and payment by online mode.

Now under Ease of Doing Business - "State Reform Action Plan (SRAP) 2020-21"issued by Department for Promotion of Industry & Internal Trade (DPIIT), Government of India. the aforesaid online system on XGN is now integrated with Investor Facilitation Portal(IFP), Government of Gujarat, from 0711212020 in such a manner that it allows online submission of application, document submission and payment'

All concerned are hereby informed that all the applications seeking Registration /Renewal under Plastic Waste Management Rules, 2016 shall be henceforth accepted only by online mode at https://ifp.eujarat.eov.inlDlGlGOV/ and no physical application shall be accepted from the date of issue of this Circular.

Standardizing the validity of baseline data and public consultation reports for submission of proposal within the validity period of Terms of Reference (ToR) under the provisions of EIA Notification, 2006 - regarding.

 Dated: 08 th June 2022 As per the provisions of EIA Notification, 2006, Terms of References (ToR) are being accorded to the various developmental projects listed in the schedule to the EIA Notification, 2006 except schedule 8(a) for undertaking EIA/EMP study. In this regard, Ministry issued Office Memorandum No. J-11013/41/2006-IA-II (I) (Part) dated 29th August 2017 stating that the validity period of ToR as three years for all the projects/ activities and four years for River Valley and HEP Projects. Circular published by MoEF&CC, New Delhi on dated 17 th February 2020.   Important things of the circular of ToR Validity :   As per Amendment   EIA notification 2006 , In paragraph 7, in sub paragraph 7(i) for   sub-heading   II Stage (2)-Scoping and entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:-   II.
